Dean Ultimate Frisbee (DUF) is based in the Forest of Dean and welcomes newcomers, experienced players, young and old alike to enjoy the unique sport of Ultimate Frisbee.
DUF was founded in October 2011. I wanted to learn Ultimate but couldn't find a club close enough so I created the Dean Ultimate Frisbee facebook group and invited friends to join. 15 or so more friends later and we're up and running!
We are lucky enough to have help and guidance from experienced disc-craftsmen Seb Fagan and Craig Redmond.

Indoor practice weekly on Tuesday evenings from 7:30pm. Venue is Forest Leisure Centre, Coleford in the Forest of Dean. GL16 7JT.
