Today the one-thousandth Facebook user "liked" FFindr! The FFindr Facebook page exists since end of February 2009, that is a little over 1,5 years. Popularity, in Facebook-slang "being a fan" or now "liking", grew parallel to the enormous growth of the social network. The advantage: "fans" or "likers" get the latest news about FFindr right into their Facebook news feed.

Here are some demographics of those people:

  • 74% males vs. 23% female (what are the other 3%?)
  • 44% are 25 to 34 years old, and 36% 18 to 25 years young
  • top countries are Germany, France, UK and the United States
  • top cities are Paris, Vienna, Warsaw, Bogota, Madrid, Dublin and Moscow

In March this year, the 500 fans milestone was reached. Only seven months later, fans have doubled! What about you, not yet part of the family?

  2. What a stupid idea, why buying them? Either they want to be fan or not. And apparently they want, without cashing in for it. Nice try, but this spam won't work here.
