Food. Beer. Ultimate. Mardi Gras XXII—an established ultimate tradition—is back for another year. Come be a part of a Louisiana tradition February 21-22, 2009 in the heart of Cajun Louisiana—Baton Rouge, LA. Good local food, including king cakes, jambalaya and Abita beer, will be served throughout the tournament and at the Friday and Saturday night (with Zydeco band!) parties.
