The University of Rhode Island Men's & Women's ultimate teams will once again be hosting their fall tournament, Brisk Winds, now in its 12th year. This year promises to be the biggest, most competitive tourney at URI to date. We're hoping to draw as many regional-caliber teams as possible looking for a warm-up before tournaments such as Coffee Cup and HHBP.

We've always gotten far more bids than we could accept, which why we're attempting to increase field space and admit as many teams as possible. Bids will be considered on the basis of team strength (including results from the '08 championship series and early Fall play), geographic diversity, history of attendance at URI tournaments, and how good-looking your team is. We'll announce who is in by Friday October 3rd.

There will of course be field food provided both days, including fresh bagels, bananas, oranges, water, and a PB&J-making station. Trophies will be presented to the winners of each division.
