Turku Universities' Ultimate Team is a sports club with it's main focus on the sport of Ultimate Frisbee.
TUUT as a club has been in existence for 2 years now with the original group of players consisting mostly of law school students and graduates. Now TUUT has students from all three of Turku's universities as well as graduates, staff and others. We play twice a week during the summer and once a week during the winter season (indoors) and make a habit of taking part in student-/fun-oriented weekend tournaments all over Finland. We have even taken part in tournaments in Novgorod, Russia and Tallinn, Estonia.
If you would like to try out this sport please contact us or come see us during the marked training times. For those who have never thrown a Frisbee we recommend joining us at one of the beginner's sessions (an hour before normal playing time on on the marked days) and we will show you how it all works. Joining the club doesn't cost anything.
