A hearty hello to all you Beer and Ultimate lovers. As in the last years we will offer you a 3-day-weekend with loads of beer and a lot of fun and Ultimate:

Games will be on Friday and Sunday. Saturday we will all go to the “Wiesn”!

The tournament will be for 120 Players. Please sign up soon – we will send an invitation mid July to the lucky ones who made it.

Venue

Same location as in 2005, 2006 and 2007. The plan is to have two fields on sand and two fields on grass.

The site is great – situated right by a little lake that has a Waterski lift – as in 2005 – if the weather is OK we will all go Waterskiing on Friday (this year during a lunch break)

Program

Thursday night we’ll all be at the Oktoberfest (Hofbraeu-Tent Box15 - as always). If you arrive on Thursday, we will put you up privately.

Friday we will play all day and then get great dinner and have a party at Roberto Beach Bar – where we can drink some beers.

Saturday will be purely “Fiesta!”

We’ll start with an Ultimate Player Meeting at the “Teufelsrad” at 10:00 and then head to the Tent and drink loads of beer. We have made reservations in the Hofbraeu-tent as last year. We have reserved the whole Box 15 this year to make sure we will only party with our friends.

Sunday we will have our traditional “Weisswurst Breakfast” which includes a white sausages, pretzels and beer - and then we’ll have another a whole day of games.

Accomodation

We will be able to camp by the fields on Friday and Saturday night. If you cannot bring a tent we should be able to help you out, but let us know early.

Please let us know if you need a place to stay before Thursday or after Sunday

Friday - Breakfast at Roberto Beach.

Friday night – Big Asian Buffet (definitely guaranteed that noone will go hungry!!)

Saturday – Breakfast at Roberto Beach

Sunday morning - Breakfast is at Roberto beach again we’ll serve you all the original famous Bavarian Breakfast which consists of: 2 White Sausages, Sweet Mustard, a nice Soft Pretzel and a Weissbier (Wheat beer) – this breakfast – and you can trust me on years of experience – is the best – and also the best tasting way to get rid of a hangover.

Playing on Sunday will be from 9:30 until about 16:00 – we will drink a few beers while we play.

Cost

The Tourney will cost 40 Euros per person. This includes all 3 Breakfasts and Dinner on Friday – and all the other stuff! If you cancel Saturday Breakfast on time, we can save 5 Euros per person.
