This year's Chesapeake Open will be held the weekend of August 16-17, 2008 at the Potomac Polo Club in Poolesville, MD, outside of Washington, DC. Traditionally the tournament is held the following weekend, however, after discussing dates with elite level teams and tournaments from around the country, we feel the weekend of August 16-17 will create an exciting month of Ultimate leading up to the UPA Series. We will host 40 teams across 4 divisions (Elite Open, Open, Women's and Mixed), and we expect this year's Chesapeake Open to be the most competitive in our four year history.

We are not taking bids at this time, but will make an announcement in mid-May when bids are being accepted. Many other details are still in the works and will be announced in May as well.
