The Abusement Park is a mixed team based in South Bend, IN. Last year, despite forming late in the season, TAP was able to finish 3rd at Hoosier Hodown, 2nd at Motown Throwdown, tie for 7th at CHC, and WIN the central plains sectional tournament. TAP's performance at regionals was dissapointing at best, but considering where the season started, The Abusement Park had accomplished alot in a few short months.
We are starting much earlier this year in both practicing and workouts. We would like to announce that we will be having tryouts on May 16th and 17th as well as May 23rd and 24th. All tryouts will be from 1pm to 4pm and will be held at Roseland Park in South Bend.
We would like to encourage anyone in or around the South Bend, Chicago, Indianapolis, or western Michigan area to consider joining The Abusement Park on our journey through the 2009 season, wherever that may take us.
