Welcome to the website of the Dutch Flying Disc Association (or the Nederlandse Frisbee Bond as we call it over here). On these pages you can find information on the disc sports in the Netherlands. Main disc sports are ultimate and discgolf. We have about 450 players and 20 clubs (mostly ultimate teams) all over the country.
