Queensland Ultimate Disc Association Inc. (QUDA) is the governing body for disc sports in Queensland and is affiliated with the Australian Flying Disc Association (AFDA).
QUDA and its affiliated clubs and local associations run leagues and competitions around the state and provide coaching services to schools, councils and other groups.
QUDA has been a provider in BCC’s Active & Healthy Park’s programme for around a year, providing opportunities for residents to enjoy disc sports in their local parks. To date, over 200 people around Brisbane have participated and enjoyed the experience.
QUDA is also involved in the Australian Sports Commission’s (ASC) active after school care (AASC) program aiming to deliver programs to schools around the state.
Working with ACHPER and providing activities during schoolies last year are a few more examples of the work it does and the partnerships it has formed within the wider community.
