Frisbee tournaments in United Kingdom / Smack My Beach Up 2008

Swansea University Ultimate are looking into arranging our very first tournament this summer and would like to cordially invite everyone to come along!!

Following our tradition of being a bit…ahem…‘special’ it’s going to be slightly different to the usual tourney fare…

Firstly it’s going to be a midweek tournament, taking place on June 18th-19th which if memory serves is a Wednesday and Thursday. As most of you will have finished exams this is the perfect opportunity to fill those long and boring summer days with some top quality ultimate!!

It’s going to be a 10 team beach tournament hosted on the sandy regions of the Gower, the exact location will be revealed later on to those who choose to attend. There’ll be a party on the Wednesday night and there’ll be some form of alcohol related shenanigans organised for any teams that come up on the Tuesday as well.

All that I need from you now is an email saying ‘HELL YES I’D LIKE TO BRING A TEAM TO THIS BITCHING TOURNAMENT’ if you would like to come along. I’ll fill you in with the details then, there are currently 8 spaces left so get sending those confirmations people!
