Nottingham’s Flyght Club is having an Open Day on Saturday 9th August from 11am - 3pm. The Open Day is aimed at beginners but all are welcome.
The format of the day will be something like this:
- 11:00 - 12:30 practice, skills, fun drills
- 12:30 - 1.30pm lunch
- 1:30 - 3:00pm game / mini tournament.
The venue will be Nottingham Moderns Rugby Club, the same venue as the Copa.
