Accommodation:

Note: The hotel option has to be booked and payed via the hotel (or via email to us), the tent and the gym option will be paid at accreditation and you dont have to reservate it. There is enough space. We will send a formular to all teams about 2 weeks bevore the tournament just to get an overview.

There are 3 accommodation options:

1. Tent – 9.-€/Night incl. Breakfast
2. Gym – 9.-€/Night incl. Breakfast
3. Hotel – We´ve got a spezial deal for you with the local 4-star RAMADA Hotel Frankfurt Bad Soden, located within 15 km from fields. There is a free shuttle to and from the fields:

by plane:

Frankfurt International Airport is located around 11 km from the fields. If arriving on this airport the cheapest and easiest way to get to the fields is sharing a taxi.

by train:

Take the S1 (dir. Wiesbaden) or S2 (dir. Niedernhausen/Taunus) from Frankfurt Hbf (Main Station) to Station Frankfurt-Nied. From the station it´s 500 meters by foot.

Breakfast:

included in the Accommodation deal: Bring your own plates and dishes if you are sleeping in the gym or camp.

During the day:

We will offer several food options (salad, steak, cake, soup, pizza, wrap,…) to buy at the fields.

Dinner:

After the Games we offer a lunch option, real sportsman plate.

Dear European Ultimate Community

The EUF Central Series Committee is proud to annouce that the EUCF 2012 in the division Open (24 teams) and Women (10 teams) will take place from Sept. 28th to 30th 2012 in Frankfurt (Germany). This bid had been declared as best among five very interesting ones.

The tournament will be in the same location of the Open+Women German Championship 2011. The venue offers 8 high quality fields all at one site and the possibility to camp or sleep in a gym directly at the fields. The Frankfurt Internation Airport is just 15mins away.

The team fee has been set at 470 € which will be due latest 10 days after the Regional Tournament (EUCR) or not later than Sept. 10th. Further infomation will be provided in 2012.

The regional Committees are also already working of the definition of the EUCRs, which will be annouced hopefully in short.
