Hi All,  The 15th annual Shanghai Tourney will be held this year on June 1st and 2nd.  If you come and win – your legacy will be engraved on the budda.  This year will be similar to last year - to be held  at the SRFC, camping on the fields, the best fields in China/Asia, highly competitive full length games, rocking Saturday night party, full facility clubhouse, great food and beer and good times flowing all weekend.  If you have not come in recent years - ask around about last year and we look forward to seeing you this year.

One difference is that this year on the artificial turf field on the other side of the Clubhouse will be a 2 day Boosh rock concert http://booshkabaash.com/ – which is some kind of battle of the bands event - so we should be adding some good music to the good times and highly competitve games.  The other big change is Shanghai now has a 72 hours visa free stay for 45 counties - please find a list at the link below.

As we have done in past years we will have 7-8 fields all next to each other and will run an A, B,and C bracket for mixed.  The aim of the A bracket (as has been for a decade) is to reach the highest level of competition for a mixed event in Asian Ultimate.  We also aim to throw an awesome rocken party every year - last years the "emporor has no clothes theme" was pretty fun.

Fields Competition Accessibility Organisation Facilities Food & accommodation Bonus Overall

2013 was my second year in a row playing in the Shanghai Mixed 2 day tournament and once again it is definitely China's best tournament.

Medical assistance is minimal, but these are way better than the average unmaintained fields, so the grass was plush and the ground fairly giving.

Great Sat night party!

Very good food, but not quite as good as last year's with a simpler lunch, but fantastic dinner on Sat night!

Big shower block on site and free camping on site or shuttle buses to tournament hotels.

See you next year!
