I know you can do better. I really like many things with this tournament. But. We experienced food issues as well and heard at least 2 other teams complaining. This mean 3 teams without food at the dinner and no real and acceptable solution offered by the organisation.
The other main issue was the poor service on the field. No water refill, no score keeping, not even time tracking.
And the tournament is not exactly cheap...
Little bit disappointed.
But as I started, I am sure you will correct this for next year. You are wonderful people.

Hello,
marie6mon sums it up pretty well. For next year I would suggest to focus on things that really matter like healthy food for athletes, water supply at all times and perhaps a a big lunch break instead of 2 short ones.
Anyhow, a great location you have there. Thumbs up!

Hello
The Frisbee-playing part was good, the modus and seeding were good. The band at the party was great!! And the location is very nice (lake, grass, Belgian sun)

However :
Day 1, we arrived for breakfast at 8am, i.e. 1.5 hours before the first game (in order to have a 1hour warm-up – nothing spectaculary or weird here), there was no breakfast ready. We had to wait for a good 20 minutes. There was no fruit at all at breakfast on day 1.
Then we looked for the fields, there was no indication of the way to the fields (some arrows would be very much appreciated, especially since fields are apart from one another and apart from the tent).
Fields were not numbered, which definitely created confusions.

The lunch serving time was too short.
Lunch food was only pasta salad – no dessert, no fruit, no beverage included.
We arrived at diner at 8pm. There was no diner food left (even though we were a 18-person roster, no organizer noticed a whole team did not have diner : I don’t know if they offered our food to the other teams as a second serving or if there was just not enough food). So they offered us pasta salad, the same as lunch. In the end, they warmed it-up in a frying pan… (yummy cooked cucumber – joke) and to calm our unhappiness about that, they promised fries at midnight : those never existed.
The music for the party started past 10.15, there was a big nothing between the “diner” and the start of the party. Given the rather fresh temperature, we had to stand in a boring quiet tent for at least 30 minutes.

Sunday, we had the late game, so we expected a full breakfast : there was no coffee…
Lunch was… pasta salad, exactly the same as the day before. If you were fed up with it, you could make yourself ketchup sandwiches :(

The description on ffindr says “amazing food” : this totally was the disappointment of the week-end. Especially since apparently 2 years ago, they used to have amazing all-you-can eat marinated meat barbecue.. What happened??

In the tourney description, they said water would be available on the fields. It was not. They just gave us 6 bottles of water in the morning.

In the end the tourney is too expensive for what’s offered in the fee (camping is not included : 16 more euros to cash-out).

too expensive. Not enough food. The organisation seemed a bit confused.
