At the opening party of Paganello 2012 I met Jan and Michael from the Invisible String crew. We chatted quite a while about their huge project, also support by FFindr about a year ago. More than 3 years after this project started it is now completed, ready for the big screen. Have a look at the official trailer:
The Friday night party started with a sneak preview of their full-length feature documentary in the main tent about this flying plastic object. Many comments and shouts came along with the screening, followed by a meet and greet with director Michael and Jan. This first ever screening with an Ultimate Frisbee players-only audience was a good one and prepared The Invisible String for the World premiere in two weeks in Berlin.
Imagine cinema with flying discs! Be there! Watch the discumentary that opens a new genre! The official Premiere will be at 20h15 on the 22nd of April 2012 at the Achtung Berlin Filmfestival (Babylon1 cinema in Berlin, Rosa Luxemburg Str. 30). There'll be a second screening on Tuesday, 24the of April (19h15 @ Filmtheater am Friedrichshain, Berlin).
