Idea
ffindr intends to:
- concentrate and standardise frisbee event information that is currently spread all around the web,
- facilitate and support the coordination and propagation of frisbee events of any kind,
- serve as an archive of past events, giving quick access to results at a single place.
Vision
ffindr aims to become the ultimate one-stop solution for every frisbee player looking for events.
Background
ffindr was developed in summer 2007 by people who are passionate about frisbee and who wanted to create a truly simple tool for frisbee players all around the world.
ffindr is a symfony application running on php. Depending on success and adoption, more features will be added.

- Spanish and Russian versions added.

- French version added.

- Training, pick-up games or any other frisbee activity can be added plus internationalization with a German version.

- Extension of event filtering on calendar view plus the facility to save and syndicate filter settings.

- Integration of geolocalisation for events, editing of events as well as the possibility to add results.
