Wiesn Cup 2009 will happen – and it will be HUGE!

Seats in the HB Tent are reserved, Beer is currently being brewed. Tents are starting to get set up in a few weeks…..

So – if you need to read all the info again – see below. If you have been here before you simply need to sign up.

Getting to Roberto Beach by Car

Please enter the address in any Routeplanner. Best way is to follow the signs to "Wasserski Anlage"

If you can read german, please go to http://wasserskipark-aschheim.de/ => Anfahrt (the description here is a bit better than the routeplanners give you)

Accomodation

Thursday night: If you requested a place to stay, you will receive an email from Rich telling you who you will stay with. Please contact that person and agree where to meet. We suggest you drop off your luggage before going to the Oktoberfest. If that does not work we will help you with the luggage problem.

We will be able to camp by the fields and IN the Beach Gym on Friday and Saturday night. If you cannot bring a tent we should be able to help you out, but let us know early.

Sunday night: Just remind us on Sunday that you need a place to stay for Sunday (and Monday). We will have space for you at our homes.

Food (included):

Friday – Breakfast DE LUXE at Roberto Beach.

Friday night – Big Asian Buffet (definitely guaranteed that no one will go hungry!!)

Saturday – Breakfast at Roberto Beach

Sunday morning - famous Bavarian Breakfast at Roberto Beach which consists of: 2 White Sausages, Sweet Mustard, a nice Soft Pretzel and a Weissbier– this breakfast – is the best and also the best tasting way to get rid of a hangover.

Program

Thursday night we’ll all be at the Oktoberfest (Hofbräu-Tent Box15 - as always). Come and join us if you like! If you have trouble getting in, Text me and I’ll meet you at the reservation entrance W9 (right back corner)

Friday Games will start at 10:00. We will play all day and then get great dinner and have a party at Roberto Beach Bar – where we can drink some beer.

Saturday will be purely “Fiesta!”

Our Reservation on the HB Tent starts at 16:00 this year. You have the whole morning to stroll around – visit some other tents and some rides.

At 13:00 we will all meet at the “Teufelsrad” - it is one of the oldest attractions at the fest and the greatest blast – especially if we shoe up as a group.

We will all meet at the reservation entrance W9 (right back corner) at around 15:45 as we should be at the tables at 16:00. Once we got our box secured you can always leave the tent and get back in. We have reserved the whole Box 15 this year to make sure we will party with all our friends.

Sunday Games will start at 10:00. “Weisswurst Breakfast” will be served from 9:00 Finals
