Paganello and the Italian Flying Disc Federation (FIFD) have teamed up this year to promote the growth and spread of the Juniors movement in Italy. At the FIFD Area (on the Paganello Beach), from Thursday afternoon to Monday morning, there will be Clinics for Junior players as well as Ultimate and Freestyle intro sessions for young spectators among the public. The lessons will be held both by FIFD instructors and by international champions at Paganello with their teams. All players in the Junior division are welcome and participate for free. Spaces are limited in the Clinics and teaching sessions. If you want to participate, sign up at the fields or send us email with your name, last name, team, and country.
Schedule for Thursday, 9th April in the afternoon:
2-3pm Valerio Iani: start the engines with the Italy Open Captain
3-4pm Greg Husak + his Jam friends: drill session with the 2008 UPA Open and Worlds Masters Champion
4-5pm Matt Tsang, Manu Argilli and Arlie Stern: introducing ‘Defence’. Thanks to Coach Matt, Fury won everything in the Womens division, 3 UPA championships in row and 2008 World Champs.
5-6pm Lindsey Hack with Raj Prasad: from the East coast the Backhoe Captain and a Ring Of Fire player.
6-7pm Superstars vs. Juniors game!
During Paganello we’ll be waiting for you at the FIFD Area. Come and meet some of the best players and coaches in the world! Check out the daily Talking Fish newspaper to find out which international champions will be teaching that day.
