Frisbee tournaments in Spain / European Championships Beach Ultimate (ECBU) 2013

BULA Europe is proud to announce the European Championships Beach Ultimate 2013.

The event will be held at Calafell Beach (Tarragona, Spain) from the 27th to the 30th of June 2013 and is expected to be played in 6 divisions (Open, women, mixed, masters and mixed-masters and grand-masters).

The reasons behind the choice of venue are well addressed by Patrick, BULA's president, in his open letter to the community (please read it, it will only take you a couple of minutes).

Beach Ultimate lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful 5 kilometers of golden sands just 60km south of Barcelona. There are countless low fare options flying to Barcelona (45km away) and Reus (30Km from Callafell) airports, plus excellent rail connections from France. Average maximum temperatures are on the high 20's during that time of the year, making it perfect for a great beach ultimate tournament.

We are excited about this tournament as we believe we will be able to attain and hopefully surpass last year's WCBU huge success.
