f! 2009 UPA League and Ultimate Organizers' Conference

The 2009 Ultimate Organizers' Conference is a biennial event which aims to bring together Ultimate team, league and event organizers along with UPA representatives to encourage communication and provide opportunities for learning ways to better organize Ultimate within local communities. Through these events the UPA hopes to better serve local Ultimate organizations.

Some goals for the conference are to:

• Provide resources for organizers by encouraging league-to-league and league-to-UPA communication
• Continue providing services to league organizers
• Encourage the growth of Ultimate for all divisions by supporting league development
• Address issues and concerns for organizers of leagues of all sizes
• Determine how the UPA can continue to help and provide services for league organizers and address their needs
• Draw support for the UPA at all levels by providing opportunities and services that may otherwise be difficult for organizers to acquire
